For exchanges, Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Qglove doesn't refund shipping charges. Refunds are not permitted unless Qglove has sent an incorrect item or damaged item. It takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Exchange Center.
