- Do you ship to my country?
There are 2 ways you could check if your country is eligible for shipping. a) Please create an account by clicking the "Online Account" link at the top right hand side of our Qglove website. After your account is created, you could click "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our Qglove website. In My Account page, you could click "Shipping Addresses" link and then click "Add New Shipping Address" link where shipping address details form including country will be shown. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. b) During the checkout process step 1 - "Shipping Address", after you login, you will be asked for selecting shipping address, click "Add New Shipping Address" link where shipping address details form including country will be shown. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
- What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our payment options offered and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
- When will my order be shipped and what are the shipping cost?
During the checkout process, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Address and Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly (usually within 48hours) after you have placed your order and we confirmed and received your payment.
