- How do I track my orders?
Login to our Qglove website through clicking the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our Qglove site. In "My Account" web page, go to "Order Information" section to review your orders. Look for the Order Status column of the order that you want to track.
"Pending" means either payment is not received yet or the payment transaction is still in process. Your order is not shipped yet in this status. "Confirmed" means your order is confirmed and the payment is received. We are in process to ship your order items, it usually takes 24-48 hours to get your order shipped. "Shipped" means your order is already shipped by us. You shoud get a notify email and sometimes tracking number is provided depends on the shipping methods you selected. If tracking number is provided in your email, please check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. "Delivered" means based on our record from shipper, your order is successfully delivered to the shipping address you provided in your order. If "delivered" status is shown in your order status and you did not receive your order, please contact customer service for assistance. - How can I change quantities or cancel an item in my orders?
