- Do I have to pay Sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our Qglove warehouse. Currently our warehouse location is in California state only. That means only if you are located in California or your shipping address is a California address, then you have to pay tax.
- I have questions on my charges
Login to our Qglove website through clicking the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our Qglove site. In "My Account" web page, go to "Order Information" section to review your orders. You may compare your order record on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service for further assistance. Go to "Contact Us" page for our customer service contact information.
- I neeed a copy of my receipt/invoice
After you placed an order and completed the payment, an invoice receipt will automatically send to your E-mail address in our system. Check your email to retrieve an invoice copy. (Note: If you are using PayPal echeck as your payment method, you would expect additional 2-3 business days have your payment settled/cleared before your invoice will be sent to your email address.) In the case that you loss the invoice receipt of your order in your Email mailbox. No worry, login to our Qglove website through clicking the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. In "My Account" web page, go to "Order Information" section to find your orders where you want to retrieve an receipt / invoice. Click "View" button on left hand side of the order. The order invoice is shown. Click "Printer Friendly" button to popup the printer friendly version of the invoice, click "Print Now" button to print a copy for your own records.
- When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24-48 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
