- How much is my shipping cost?
Shipping cost is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your shopping cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Address and Shipping Method choices and their prices.
- When will my order be shipped?
Please see each individual product detail page for more information on the availability of each product. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our Qglove site and click "Order Information" section to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has status "Shipped" and tracking information if applicable within 24-48 hours of shipment.
- What is your return policy?

- I received the wrong product for my order.
If you received the wrong product for your order, please contact our customer service within 72 hours of receving the product. Go to Contact Us page for our customer service contact information.
- How do I return an items?
Here at Qglove, we put High Customer Satisifcation as one of our company goal, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Customers have 14 days to EXCHANGE any unwanted merchandise (from the date of your receipt.) We will gladly EXCHANGE your product for different size or an item of equal or greater value. Please note:
All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with the original package provided, and with a copy of the invoice. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Qglove doesn't refund shipping charges. Refunds are not permitted unless Qglove has sent an incorrect item or damaged item.
